Founded in 2000 by Taylor Lanier, Lanier Builders has quietly established an enviable reputation for quality. Taylor envisioned a company built on honesty, integrity and excellent craftsmanship with a focus on repeat clients, lasting relationships, and glowing referrals. Lanier understands the importance of communicating with the home owner, understanding their expectations and determine their needs.

 

Taylor Lanier is owner and president of Lanier Builders, Inc. A Greensboro native, as well as a Grimsley High Graduate, he first swung a hammer at age three, working along side his grandfather doing renovations and repairs.

 

In 1998, he went to work for a home builder in the triad area. In 2000, Taylor branched out on his own and founded Lanier Builders, Inc. He received his General Contractors license in 2001.

 

Taylor has spent many years buying and renovating homes for sales and rentals, providing him invaluable insight into the building & remodeling, as well as the real estate end of the building industry.
